Every session includes Far Infrared Sauna, juiced fruits and veggies associated with the treatment, and 40 minutes specifically for the system boost chosen.

The treatment goes like this:

20 minutes of FIR Sauna to warm the tissue and open the pores.
40  minutes of system-specific treatment including, custom oil blend, Castrol oil packs, aromatherapy oil, visceral therapy, manual tools, electrical tools, hot stone, and techniques of over 25 years of experience. Medical intuitive massage. Then 60 minutes of massage.

Active ingredients Non-nano zinc oxide 23% Other ingredients include Shae Butter, Mango Butter, Coconut oil, beeswax, jojoba oil, Pure Essential Oils of Lavender, Ylang Ylang Benzyl Alcohol salicylic acid. glycerin and sorbic acid.

TIPS

Apply liberally to exposed areas, 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours, after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, or immediately after towel drying.
