Far infrared Sauna FIR is a heat therapy used for deep muscle tension and dis-eases in the body such as Lupus, arthritis, chronic pain, and skin issues eased with heat. A safe form of heat for every person, FIR therapy is used at Holistic Hands to heat up the tissue and allow for ease of manual massage and therapies in body care and contouring embellishments.

Active ingredients Non-nano zinc oxide 23% Other ingredients include Shae Butter, Mango Butter, Coconut oil, beeswax, jojoba oil, Pure Essential Oils of Lavender, Ylang Ylang Benzyl Alcohol salicylic acid. glycerin and sorbic acid.

TIPS

Apply liberally to exposed areas, 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours, after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, or immediately after towel drying.
