The massage benefits for the Insured person is 20% off our regular rated massage and services. 

Our chareges are as follows:

CPT Code: 97140 4 units @ $11.25
CPT Code 92111 1 Unit @ 10.00

ALL INSURED Visits are subjected to an insured rate of $55 for 55 minutes or $85 for 85 minutes. 
Those that have a co-pay will need to have their insurance verified.

The 4-pack for the Insured is intended to address chronic or acute soft tissue issues. any and all modalities that can be used to maximize relief will be used, with the exception of the Fascia tools or hot stone which is charged and add-on fee.
